More than just a gaming platform, kiss918 is a community connecting Malaysian players with a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience.
Kiss918 began in 2018 with a clear mission — to provide a trustworthy, enjoyable, and accessible online gaming experience for Malaysians. What started as a simple slots platform has grown into a complete gaming ecosystem encompassing slots, Live Casino, Bingo, sports betting, and much more.
Over seven years of operation, kiss918 has served more than 500,000 registered members from across the country — from Perlis to Sabah, from major cities to small towns. This growth did not happen by chance. It is the result of an unwavering commitment to delivering excellent service, fair gameplay, and a comfortable user experience.
The team behind kiss918 consists of experienced professionals in technology, cybersecurity, customer service and the entertainment industry. Every decision we make puts players' interests first — not just business profit.
Kiss918 operates under a valid international licence and complies with the security and fair play standards set by independent industry regulatory bodies.
Kiss918 was officially launched with a slots collection from Pragmatic Play and Microgaming. The first member registrations reached 10,000 within three months.
The platform expanded with live casino games from Evolution Gaming — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger.
The kiss918 app for Android and iOS was launched, allowing players to enjoy games anytime, anywhere.
The Bingo section and Sports Betting were introduced, making kiss918 the most complete gaming platform for Malaysian players.
The 500,000 registered members milestone was reached — a benchmark that reflects the trust Malaysia's player community has placed in this platform.
A new infrastructure delivering 40% faster page load speeds, a two-factor authentication system and an enhanced player dashboard were introduced.
Every feature we build is based on genuine feedback from our own player community.
256-bit SSL encryption protects all your personal data and financial transactions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) ensures only you can access your account. We take every aspect of security seriously so you can play with complete peace of mind.
Your winnings are processed within 5 to 15 minutes via bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay. No hidden fees, no unreasonable delays — we understand that fast withdrawals are a top priority for Malaysian players.
All games use an RNG system certified by independent third-party auditing bodies. The RTP values displayed are accurate and cannot be manipulated. Every player has an equal and fair chance of winning.
The kiss918 app is available for Android and iOS with a clean, responsive interface. Download for free and log in in under a minute. All games, promotions and withdrawals are accessible directly from your phone.
From welcome bonuses for new members and daily rebates to weekly cash prize tournaments — kiss918 consistently delivers added value to loyal players. An exclusive VIP programme continuously rewards active players.
Our support team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat. The average response time is under 3 minutes. Support is provided in Malay, English and Chinese for the convenience of all Malaysian players.
At kiss918, our values are not just words on an office wall. They are a genuine guide that shapes how we design our products, serve our customers and make business decisions every day.
Whenever our team faces a dilemma — whether technical, service-related, or policy-driven — we return to these four core values to find the right answer. This is a commitment we do not compromise on.
We openly display the RTP value of every game. Players' win records are shared only with their consent. Bonus terms are written clearly without confusing language. We have no hidden fees.
Every new feature we develop starts with the question: "Does this help the player?" Not "Does this increase revenue?" Player satisfaction is our most important measure of success.
Kiss918 provides self-control tools including daily deposit limits, loss limits, and a temporary play-break option. We believe healthy entertainment is controlled entertainment. Read more on the Responsible Gaming ours.
Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who share one goal — making kiss918 the best platform for Malaysian players.
Behind these numbers are over 200 staff members working hard every day to ensure your gaming experience at kiss918 is the best it can be. Our customer support team alone comprises more than 40 agents ready to assist you 24 hours a day.
In the fast-moving online gaming industry, staying relevant for seven years is no small feat. Many platforms have come and gone, yet kiss918 continues to stand strong and grow. What makes it different?
Malaysian players have unique tastes and needs compared to players from other countries. We understand this because our own team consists of Malaysians who know the local culture. For example, DuitNow was added as a payment method very early on — well ahead of competing platforms — because we listened to what players wanted.
On top of that, genuine Malay-language support — not machine translation — is something we take pride in. When you contact kiss918 customer support, you are speaking with someone who truly understands what you mean, without needing to repeat yourself or explain in another language.
Each year, a significant portion of kiss918's operating revenue is reinvested into technology development. This includes server upgrades to reduce lag during live casino games, more sophisticated anti-fraud systems, and a user interface that is continuously refined based on real usability testing.
In 2026, kiss918 launched a next-generation infrastructure enabling pages to load 40% faster than the previous version. This may sound like a minor technical detail, but for players gaming during peak hours on a mobile phone with a 4G connection, the difference is very noticeable and meaningful.
Kiss918 believes that a responsible online gaming platform does not merely comply with regulations — it actively helps players make informed decisions. That is why we provide comprehensive self-control tools, educational content on responsible gaming, and direct links to external support resources for those who need them.
We also discourage players from chasing losses through our communications. Every promotion we design takes into account its psychological impact on different types of players. This is a harder approach that sometimes yields lower short-term returns — but we believe it builds long-term trust that is far more valuable.
Kiss918 players are more than just users — many have formed genuine connections and friendships through the platform. The official kiss918 community groups on Telegram and WhatsApp have over 50,000 active members who share strategies, celebrate each other's wins, and offer mutual support. This kind of community cannot be manufactured or forced — it grew organically because players are genuinely happy with their experience.
